DELIVERY TERMS & SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Welcome to Husbandsgiftshop. We understand the importance of timely delivery for your gifts. This policy details our shipping procedures for husbandsgiftshop.com, operated by HUSBANDS LLC, to ensure your order reaches its destination without complications.
1. ORDER PREPARATION PHASE
Every order undergoes a rigorous verification and preparation process.
Payment & Verification: We initiate fulfillment only after payment is confirmed.
Operating Schedule: Our logistics team works Monday through Friday (EST). We observe all major U.S. postal holidays (New Year’s, Presidents’, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).
Daily Deadline: To be processed on the current business day, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST. Orders after this time or on weekends will be queued for the following business day.
Carriers: We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to provide the most reliable delivery.
2. SHIPPING COSTS & SERVICE AREAS
We provide standard shipping services to the Continental United States.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Husbandsgiftshop is not responsible for external delays such as severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, or peak seasonal volumes once the package is in transit.
3. SHIPMENT MONITORING
Tracking Number: You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking ID typically within 1–2 business days.
Data Activation: Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to update the status in their tracking portal.
Initial Status: If tracking shows no data initially, the parcel is simply awaiting its first scan at the carrier’s hub.
4. DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
Please be aware of the following geographical restrictions:
Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.
International: We currently do not offer international shipping outside the Continental U.S.
Custom Orders: Specialized or made-to-order items may require extra time. We will reach out via email if your order is affected.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY
Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. Husbandsgiftshop cannot be held liable for misdelivery due to incorrect information.
Returned Parcels: If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an address error, the customer will be charged for any reshipping fees.
Forwarding: We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring after a package is redirected or forwarded at the customer’s request.
